Tom joined with Jon Sciezka (the Guys Read series) and Chris Krovatin (the Gravediggers series) to talk about their books with kids in Dayton and Cincinnati.  In friendly competitions, young readers earned lots of books for their libraries—and even set some Class Acts records.  Amazing stuff by readers at Dayton Boys Prep Academy, Indian Riffle Elementary and Indian Hill Elementary.  A couple of days later, Jenny Lee (Elvis and the Underdogs) joined the tour in Miami, Florida.  Rowdy times were the standard at Nova Blanches Forman Elementary, American Heritage School, Fienberg Fisher School and NSESIB Elementary.  At one of these stops, Tom lounged in a giant clam shell ... seriously.  Here’s a picture to prove it.
